Fox News Channel Always Pixilates [Edited]

My Fox News channel is always pixilating.  Sometimes to the point that the channel is unwatchable.  Any time I've called Customer Service or used the Xfinity app all they recommend is to restart the box.  Sometimes it helps but there is always pixilating going on.  Any ideas on how to fix?  It's usually only this channel with the problem.  No pixilating issues with the other channels.

Hello @workinforalivin There is some troubleshooting we can do on our end. But since it is only on this network there is a possibility it is an issue with the signal the broadcaster is sending us. How long has this issue been happening on this channel?

This problem has been going on for years.  I've been living with it up to this point but now it's becoming too hard to watch with all the distortions.  And since I pay a lot of money for cable I want to start having Xfinity start looking at it.

Go ahead and send us a direct message with your full name and the service address and we can see if we can figure out the root cause.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

I had this same issue for years then it spread to other channels. When my neighbor started having the issue we knew there was a problem in the area. So we both called and scheduled service calls. Our main X1 box was changed from a cable version to a wireless version and our accounts were changed from cable to IP. No further problems have occurred.
