Forumula 1 and IndyCar ignoring series scheduling
In addition to all the missing title problems, I noticed issues with some auto racing series.
I noticed that the Qualifying and race for this weekends F1 French Grand Prix were missing. When I went to set them to record, there is no option to set a series. They are being treated as stand-alone now.
I also had the same issue with the two IndyCar races in Iowa this Saturday and Sunday. Even more, on the Saturday race, when I click on 'More Info' on the regular Info screen, it seems to think it's part of a Mexican Soccer series. When I went to manually set the recording, it popped up a message saying if I wanted to record the sports series.

I too had this same issue. F1 France FP 1, 2 & 3 did not record as they usually do despite having the series set to record. As of this morning France Quali and Race are showing as scheduled as are Hungary free practices.

Just wanted to add that Comcast does not create the Guide data. That is done by a 3rd party (I believe it's Gracenote.) If some network or that 3rd party altered some ID codes, that can confuse the scheduling.

The issue appears to be resolved for me this morning, as well. I'll keep my fingers crossed. (Unfortunately, it cut off the end of FP3 and Qualifying for France Grand Prix because I forgot to extend the time for the recordings when I set them manually yesterday.) Who doesn't love technology?

Mine also appears to be working again. At least through Hungary!

I am having the same recording issue with Formula 1. Highly frustrating. This issue seems to be recent. It would be beneficial to Xfinity to resolve the issue at hand. What is the plan of action Xfinity? When will this be resolved.

For F1, after Hungary, the next race is not until August 28 in Belgium. It's the typical summer break that F1 has always had.
Given the scheduling issues that can happen, it's always good to have a link or even print a copy of the race schedule.
