Flex 4K boxes are only 60Hz and not 120hz as 2 reps stated

I wanted to confirm that as of 10-2023, Xi-6 and XiOne flex boxes are still only 4K 60hz with matching certified cable included. Love the voice search capabilities but sadly it's 60hz..

Is there any 120Hz content aside from video game consoles?

@same_user The Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box supports 4K UHD streaming and provides access to 4K titles and content. 4K UHD content can be found using Prime Video, YouTube, Netflix, Disney+ and Xfinity On Demand currently, and more content will be added in the future. You'll need to have a 4K-compatible TV and, in some cases (like Netflix), a 4K subscription. Here is a great link with https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-flex-faqs for any FAQS you might have in regards to the flex sercice.

That's a generic response about 4K content, not an answer the inquiry about 120Hz using Flex boxes.

The WNC – Realtek XiOne and the Sercomm Broadcom XiOne are the current devices for this. As for the content resolution this is the information we have at this time.

*4K content on the Amazon Prime and Disney+ apps is currently unavailable with the Sercomm Broadcom XiOne. We’re hoping to make this content available in 4K as soon as possible.
Up-scaled live linear resolution (2160p30 or 2160p60 based on TV)
