Fix issue with having to subscribe

Two of my four TV’s had this issue.  Found the fix on Xfinity website (see below).  Just select any of the channels that you normally have, once selected all channels will be available once you return to your channel guide and select any channel 


Note: Some networks offer content that may only be available in HD. Equipment requirements and standard fees may apply to subscribe to HD service.

1. Search for an iSVOD channel that you want to watch.

  • The easiest way is to say the channel name into your Xfinity Voice Remote.
  • You can also use your remote by pressing the xfinity button and going to On Demand.
  • Then, select Networks and scroll down to Subscription Add-ons or Networks A-Z.
  • Finally, search for the channel you want to subscribe to.
  • Another way is through your remote control touch keypad.
