Fire stick 4K issues

I fave 3 older standard fire sticks on TVs that run the Xfinity stream app just fine. Bought 2more, this time Firestick 4K. These sticks give me “We’ve got a location issue.” Error and a “Please connect to your in-home WiFi” error on other channels. Most channels work fine. Is something set up wrong or is this an issue with the FireStick?
