Feed pixelates and sound cuts out.

This was a question posted in 2010.  However, there were no answers in the 133 posts in the string. Does Xfinity ever answer questions about their failed system?  Anybody have any insights?

It’s not failed systems it’s something between tap outside and equipment inside that’s impeding the signal. This has been posted multiple times many times.

If you give details on your equipment and what you’re seeing, you’ll get some advice on exactly could be wrong
