FBI recording and listing

My DVR recorded FBI on Sunday evening, November 10th. When I went to watch it, it was some other program. It will not record the FBI on Tuesday nights which is the one I want to watch. The other program was mislabeled

Hi there, user_zqymla! I apologize that your show did not record. If you select the show and episode you can check the Watch Options button to see if you can view it in another location such as On Demand. The Networks load in their guide information. The DVR will records based on the guide listings. Are you seeing an incorrect listing again next week in the guide?

user_zqymla, Thanks for letting us know. Over social media, we are a team of expert specialists who are dedicated to resolving recording issues such as this. We can help. Can you tell us if you are able to confirm if this happened on multiple set top boxes or just one? Are you able to check for an “Internet” badge on the program you are attempting to record. The “Internet” badge would say internet near the description of the program. Does the program contain an “Internet” badge?

Cancel the Series Recording. Go to he guide and click record on the Tuesday one. Tell it a new episodes only and restrict it to that channel only within the series recording screen.
