Favorites Guide is not working
When I press Guide it is supposed to show my Favorites.
It does not.
It shows a Quick Tip on how to add Favorite channels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Could Comcast/Xfinity get any worse? What a completely [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"]-up nightmare and I'm being charged a premium fee to put up with this [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"].

I am having the same prolem and came here to see if it was just me or everybody, it started last night for me. It must be an xfinity problem.

Having the same issue. Really unpleasant. Someone from Xfinity should be able to provide a solution. Resetting the cable box doesn't help.

Having issue with favorite channel selection.
Initially it wiped out all the favorite channels, so I started to re-add them.
Now it shows the channels I've added as favorites PLUS All List as well.
Not very helpful when all I want is a list of favorites.
Someone messed up an update.
Any timeframe on fix Xfinity?
