Same thing happened to me just today 8/18/26 also. Around 8-9pm EST I think. There is this same issue from a 2021 thread that they closed but today the problem is newly affecting people including me. Im not going to re-favorite all my favorite channels again!. Xfinity needs to fix whatever they messed up.
user_4qmv1b Thanks for reaching out! We are seeing an influx of our members reporting an impact to their Favorites list. However, we are not seeing any concerns being reported by our engineering team at this time. Are you able to add channels back to the favorites list?
