Same thing happened to me just today 8/18/26 also. Around 8-9pm EST I think. There is this same issue from a 2021 thread that they closed but today the problem is newly affecting people including me. Im not going to re-favorite all my favorite channels again!. Xfinity needs to fix whatever they messed up.
