Fast forward issue

The voice DVR'd, 30 minutes in it suddenly would not allow fast forwarding. Restarting the box didn't work

Thank you for letting us know that your DVR suddenly would not allow fast forwarding. To confirm, is this only happening on the one program or all programs? Can you also please confirm that your cable connections are tight?

I'm having the same problem.  Even Shark Tank wouldn't forward through ads.
