Family Guy TV Show and DVR and Channel Guide Anomalies

So, I have Family Guy set to record New and Repeat Episodes, HD Preferred, Until Capacity, All Episodes, On Time, On Time.

These DVR settings result in the show being recorded no matter what channel it's airing, every time.  It's been working fine.  Every time Family Guy comes on any channel it's recorded.

There's two things happening different and weird and they might be related.  1) Episodes recorded on Comedy Central are missing episode information but not episodes recorded on FXX.  2) Most episodes appearing in the Guide on Comedy Central to air tonight and into the future are not appearing as Scheduled Recordings or in the Guide with the three red dots but one does.

I attempted to set up a new recording for the Family Guy episodes that do not indicate they are scheduled to be recorded but that did not solve the problem.

Any ideas how to solve this issue?  The other day when Hallmark Drama, a channel we pay for, was not appearing in the Guide in "Free To Me" I did a System Refresh and that resolved that problem.  Should I try another?

So, I ran a System Refresh on the main primary X1 box in the house and while that did solve the problem of missing TV episode information on DVR'ed recordings for Family Guy, it's ONLY on the main box and not on the satellite X1 boxes and I also restarted the satellite X1 boxes, to no avail.  The most important problem with the Family Guy episodes airing on Comedy Central NOT appearing under Scheduled Recordings and not showing in the Guide with red bubbles remains on all the X1 boxes.
