One of my 3 cable boxes attempts to do a software update but never gets past 0% and then I get error code RDK-03011-2. I tried restarting it multiple times and still get the same error. I've attempted unplugging the box and restarting multiple times as well and still nothing. The box has been like this now for 24hrs.

Hey there, so sorry to hear about your issue with the box and it's automatic update. Does it work during the day up until the update or is it permanently stuck on the error right now?

I have the same issue. Just started this morning; I’ve had so many issues with this set-up box.

@XfinityAnthonyT​ It's stuck on the error and every 20-30 minutes it attempts to do the update and fails and goes back to the error.
