Extra room showing on DVR
Hey,
I have an extra room showing up on my DVR.
My account shows as follows
- Bedroom
- Master Bedroom
- Living Room
On the DVR I have an extra Living Room
- Bedroom
- Master Bedroom
- Living Room
- Living Room
Have recordings on all except the extra Living Room which there is nothing.
How can I remove the extra Living Room?

there is a national ticket on this. the problem is that a returned box is on our records still, but in an 'inactive" non-billed state. the new feature picked up these devices as if active.
