Extra charges, same problems, new DVR recordings after getting new box

Ordered new box from xfinity because my live stream of sports was 45 seconds delayed.  I got the new box it fixed none of my sports issues, and somehow my charges were increased by $30 in the month I ordered the new box. NO SERVICES WERE CHANGED ON MY ACCOUNT.  I tried to call xfinity, was redirected to a call center in India, they could not help fix the billing issue and instead tried to tell me I should purchase Xfinity mobile.  The worst part is, now my new box keeps randomly recording on my DVR shows I’ve never seen before.  And even though I cancel the series recordings, they still keep appearing.  So now I’m paying more and nothing was fixed.  I will be moving to digital TV apps (YouTube etc) asap.  Xfinity has lost all of my confidence as a 20+ year customer and they don’t care.

I should add that the only reason I requested a new cable box was because an Xfinity rep on this forum told me that I needed a new one if I wanted to fix my delayed sports issue.  They told me if I got a new box, my live tv of sports would no longer be delayed. New box and it is still delayed by 45 seconds.
