Every time I push xfinity Button the TV box restarts, fixed

Got a new 4K box yesterday, Old one Would not play any DVR recordings anymore.
Worked fine yesterday but today whenever I press the Xfinity button the box would restart.
 It was doing the same thing with two different remotes,  I tried refreshing the system no go, After doing some research on other things to try .
THE FIX ,  Went to my Samsung TV to the Anynet HDMI  above my AVR icon,  On the right on that screen is a refresh button I simply Selected that button and refreshed it, That fixed the problem.
Power saver for the box is off, HDMI-CEC is off
