ESPN freezing and pixelating intermittently channel 724 only

This issue with ESPN of it intermittently freezing and pixalating is very annoying--I have unplugged and replugged the cable box/modem and restarted --it still is doing this--I watch ESPN all the time and for the amount of my bill this should not be happening. Can you fix this? It happens on both of my tv's and ESPN 724 is the only channel I see this happening on.
