For the money I pay (approaching $5000 annually,) why cannot I not get a good picture on any ESPN Channel. You about to lose my account if this is not corrected. There are other options.  And I will Xfinity out of my life is this not corrected.

Hi there, @user_a1f811 I'm sorry to hear about the picture quality you are experiencing with ESPN channels. As a sports fan I know how frustrating this is for you. Are you only experiencing this issue with the ESPN sports channels only?-Richard

Also the NFL channel.   Appreciate any help. It's been issue for at least the last year. The problem comes and goes.

Same issue as well. As soon as a game comes on LIVE. It's pixilated and fragmented. Been trying past two college football seasons to correct. Always the same response from XFinity. (turn box off an on, buy a new cable, tighten cables, etc... NONE has ever worked).
