ESPN app won't load, get "something went wrong". I have the subscription activated. Do I need to upgrade the box? I have AX013ANM X1 BOX.

I activated the subscription. I can get logged into ESPN Unlimited on my computer. I can get into the ESPN App on my iPhone. It just won't load on the X1 box.

I tried rebooting the X1 box and still no luck.
