Error xre 03121

I changed plans and I can't see some channels I get xre 03121.
I can see all the channels in my tablet. What is wrong?
I called xfinity and get different answers but no fix in the error. Help please

press the A button on your remote and run the system refresh menu.

That didn't work. It said there was am outage when there isn't. The other tv is working fine. The TV in question is getting channels too just not all if them.
