Error message

I am constantly getting the error message XRE03090 on my TV in the main area. It is very frustrating and XFINITY has not resolved.  I may cancel using Xfinity as I can not use my tv downstairs in I’ve spoken with six reps that have still not help me. 
can someone please respond and resolve
