Error Message XRE- 030359

Help!  I'm unable to switch channels.  Some are still available but not most of them.  What is going on?  Can't get ahold of anyone at Comcast of course

That’s a weak signal issue error code for those channels. Make sure your cables are tight and in good repair and remove any extra splitters to possibly help before a tech is able to come out. Because of the pandemic, it may be awhile
