Error Message RDK-03036
I have a new install. X1 DVR working fine but other 2 set top boxes giving RDK-03036 error code. Tried reseting main box and still not working. How do I correct this issue?

How do you test to see if cable in wall is live? I'm getting this message upstairs in bedroom when trying to activate tv. Main unit and internet work great on larger main box and Xfi system. Thanks.
