Error message on TV while pairing remote. Sorry weren't into a problem.

Remote seems to be paired but the error message on the screen won't go away.  It says 'sorry, we ran into a problem.  It looks like you come from an unknown source.

Never-ending. Unplugged TV box and then it worked.
