Common solutions

  1. Ensure all TV connections are tight, if applicable.
  2. Perform a System Refresh with the following steps:
    • Into your Xfinity Voice Remote, say “Refresh” or “System Refresh.”
    • Power cycle the TV Box by unplugging it for 1-2 minutes and then plug it back in.
