error code XRE-00250

I am unable to make a minimum payment until November 2nd and someone told me that would be okay. However, I am unable to use my TV :(

Hello, @user_p3y304. Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the XRE error code you have been experiencing. What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Did you try rebooting the TV box manually or through the Xfinity App?
