error code XRE 03114

Thank goodness I finally came to this site. I have been on the phone with comcast for 2 weeks and without my tvs working. Finally read where all I had to do was to talk into the microphone to change the channel. Why could the customer support peoople tell me to do that?  I am furious. This is the worst cusotmer support I  have ever encountered.
