Error code XRE 03059

I have been dealing with this issue since the beginning of the year. I have spoken with reps over the phone and online. A technician has been out to the home and wasn't able to fix the issue. Football season is in and I am unable to watch the games because of this error code. I NEED THIS FIXED OR I WILL BE GOING TO SOMEONE ELSE. I have been with Comcast for 10 plus years and have always been happy with the service no matter the price but not being able to watch football is a deal breaker for me!
