Error code XRE 03059

I have been dealing with this issue since the beginning of the year. I have spoken with reps over the phone and online. A technician has been out to the home and wasn't able to fix the issue. Football season is in and I am unable to watch the games because of this error code. I NEED THIS FIXED OR I WILL BE GOING TO SOMEONE ELSE. I have been with Comcast for 10 plus years and have always been happy with the service no matter the price but not being able to watch football is a deal breaker for me!

that code means whatever channel was selected could not be tuned to by the set top box providing channel viewing service. to diagnose more, need to know what equipment you are using (DVR/xg2 Hub, xi3, xiD, xi5, xi6). If more than one set top box, next time you have the problem tune to same channel quickly on all your set top boxes. do any of them tune to that channel?
