Error code RDK-03088
We have been having issue after issue with our service. The latest is this error will pop up and we have to unplug the wireless boxes and let sit for a minute before plug back in. We do this sometimes 10 times in a day. Yesterday I went into store once again and they sent me home with yet another new wireless box and a signal booster. I
replaced all cords that do come and plugged in the new stuff. Worked fine after we reset the main internet box. Then this morning it started acting up again. I’m at a loss and tired of being given run around. We have been told by store manager she would work close with service manager and they ghost us. The workers at store give us great tips however they don’t work. My shaven and I both worked for Viacom, Comcast, AT&T and Xfinity and I can tell you the customer service has sure changed. My husband was install manager and I worked in call center as supervisor. We never blew people off and didn’t help ir
follow thru. I’m at Witt’s end with Xfinity but we don’t have much other alternatives for what we want in tv. If we did we would never have Xfinity. I want my tv service that we are spending hundreds every month to have. I will also add never once has anyone credited us for any of the time we have been without service. Our acct we are told is noted but they never offered to credit us. We really just want our service to work and not keep having daily issues. Can someone who actually knows what this is help us?
tv freezes and tells us experiencing connect issues and check cables etc.
we have disconnect and reconnect at back then it will work for bit and start back up again
Happens a lot during day
BTW for those who say we should stream we can’t because it’s constantly frozen and we can’t move around. The xfinity in our area is old and clearly needs upgrades.

Good Morning, @user_r1v0uo! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I am very sorry to hear about the experience with the wireless cable box, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. I would be more than happy to further troubleshoot with you, and ensure the service is more stable. Can you please send us a DM to get started?
