Error code RDK-03033 several times each evening
For approx 10 days, the smaller set-top box (not the main box) has been showing a window several times during each evening. It says that there is trouble connecting to the internet. It has an Error Code RDK-03033. I have to go to my desktop computer and go through the Xfinity Assistant to reset the box (Xfinity Assistant app on my cell phone gets stuck in the middle of the process). It says that it is sending signals to Sync All Entitlements. This has been working most times but not always.
I am thinking of exchanging the box at our nearby Xfinity Center.
What do you suggest?
