Error Code RDK-03004

Yesterday we received a message that Xfinity was working on a service issue in our area. After it said the service was complete, both of our tv boxes have error code RDK-03004. We've done all the manual steps of tightening cables, restarting, etc., but we still have no tv. The Internet never stopped working and is still fine. Any ideas?
