Error Code RDK 03004
For the past week while watching TV the screen suddenly goes black on one TV and the other one freezes. I've tried troubleshooting (disconnecting cables, power source, etc) but when it returns but only lasts for a day before happening again. Tonight I received Error Code RDK 03004 suggesting disconnecting/tightening all cables which I've done numerous times.. The online diagnostics check says no service issues but there is is still no service to 2 of boxes. The third box which is a TiVo still works without issue. Any ideas why this is happening or how to resolve it? I don't have Xfinity Internet only TV.
