Error code for 3 weeks
I have been on the phone, chat and text for 3 weeks. I just got off of the phone with customer service again, this time only for 45 minutes. The gentleman was very helpful but could not resolve my issue. How do i fix the error code ...... Somethings not working. To watch live TV, you must first turn off an unused non-DVR set-top box by pressing its power button or watch an On Demand or recorded program. XRE-03046
I am not sure who reads these but I don't know who to contact. I have worked for a public utility for 30 years now and if Comcast was regulated the way we were I would have already had resolution to this issue.
