ERROR CODE ETV1000

I am no longer seeing called ID on TV screen and cannot enter Interactive TV to set up.

Getting Error Code ETV1000

application not available.

Hi there! Thanks so much for checking the Community Forums for help with this error. Have you restarted your equipment recently? This error message sometimes appears after you restart your TV Box. Wait a few hours, then try again. Please let us know if you are still experiencing this error after a few hours.

@XfinityEva​ still not working. Says service is unavailable

I tried everything and nothing is working.  Seems as if Xfinity has been in neighborhood and now my equipment is even failing.
