Error code 04035

It try and load into my MLB app and it keeps saying this error code. I’ve tried unplugging it and reconnecting it to the wifi. Don’t know what to do.

Hello, @user_4d5104. I'm sorry to hear you're getting this error message when attempting to load the MLB app. I know how frustrating that can be, especially with all these good games going on.

 

Is this happening on all of your cable boxes or just one in particular? Have you attempted to troubleshooting the cable box you're having issues with?

I am having the same issue. Today is the first day it’s given me the error message. Every other day it was just a black box spinning. 

all other apps are working, just MLB app is giving this error code.

Thank you @user_936651. Definitly sorry to hear you have been having issues when trying to watch a game.  The Xfinity My account app does have some great troubleshooting options that help with a variety of issues if you have not taken a look yet I would definitely recommend it! Big time saver for me!

 

As for the black box and now the error message is this only on one box you are encountering this issue on also have you noticed any other issues with your service including your internet connection when you receive the error?
