Error 500 during System Refresh

My X1 box has a constant XRE-03007 problem. My workaround has been a system refresh. (I've got a service appointment pending to get that error looked at...) When I went to do my weekly refresh today, I got this 500 error. Refreshing the browser does nothing. Requesting a box restart does work from the xfinity webpage, but doesn't help my XRE error.

Has anyone seen this before; if so, what does it mean?

Edit: I guess the photo isn't uploading.  The message says "500 Error - Something went wrong. Please try refreshing your browser."
