Thanks for posting on our Xfinity Community Forums page, @user_c6754e. The Xi6 TV Box should support ESPN+. Are you getting a specific error message? Keep in mind you can Use the X1 help menu to troubleshoot by automating a restart and/or system refresh.
It won't let me get to any sort of sign on page it just sits there. The X assistant is a joke tried that already. If I can't get this I will have to have a technician come out. Thanks for seeing and responding to my question.
user_c6754e We would be happy to try some troubleshooting steps ourselves to see if we can get the app working on the box for you.
Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" If necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".
Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

@temp62 ESPN Unlimited includes all of the ESPN TV channels plus added programming on the app. The X1 box provides the TV channels. You can get the app on any streaming box. Then, when trying to access the Unlimited content on the app, you'll be prompted to register your Xfinity ESPN subscription.

ESPN+ is part of the ESPN app, not an Xfinity TV product.
