Endless and unresolved Pixelation issues
Ongoing pixelation on all TVs for months. Lost out on the Olympics as it was too painful to endure. A handful of tech visits - all nice and professional - but issue unresolved. Talking to supervisors whom I’ll not name for now. All techs pointing to infrastructure issues in the street. Oh by the way, as a customer I can’t order Comcast to service an infrastructure issue. Has to go through red tape approvals. Working with a new supervisor who seems committed. I am not hopeful but will give it a chance. Customer for 21 years and out of options other than calling AT&T (yes off course I’ve called them already).

Hi, there, @allansommer. I'd be happy to take a look into your TV pixelation concerns. Can you first initiate a chat and start with your full name and address? To start a chat, please click the chat icon in the top right of the page! Search for Xfinity Support, if needed. We're looking forward to helping make this right.

To send the requested information in a private message to Xfinity Support from any Forum page:
• Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person", but don't do that.
Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
• Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter or tap the > icon to send it
