The value of any xfinity product like the flex box and xumo box [Edited: "Inflammatory"], which is why they are practicslly giving away these products. I’ll be moving to apple TV because these boxes [Edited: "Language"]. They give you a new box with the same errors then charge you for someone to come troubleshoot and do absolutely nothing. AND NO I WILL NOT BUY YOUR MOBILE PLAN THAT YOURE CLEARLY PUSHING ONTO SENIORS 65+. I can’t imagine the problems they are having. [Edited: "Solicitation"]

I agree. The flex box wasn’t very good but now I have to use a xumo box and the one I received doesn’t even turn on. Waiting for a new box but I plan on cancelling my account by next year. Fios here I come.
