DVR

While viewing recorded programs the TV will cut out or freeze. Sometimes it restores itself after a delay and sometimes it goes back to the previous channel that you were watching.

user_gued5a We appreciate you reaching out to us over our Community Forums. We would be more than happy to help get you pointed in the right direction. I would recommend using the Xfinity App to help troubleshoot your concerns. 
*Once you're in the Xfinity app, go to the services tab. 
*Then select troubleshooting in the TV & Streaming section.
*From there select Something else. 
*Once the Xfinity Assistant opens, select DVR, and answer the prompts. 
 
This process should help identify any concerns with your TV/DVR service, and provide next steps toward a solution.
