@XfinityLinda I unplugged the main cable box. The result was that rather than getting back the lost programs on the one TV, I lost the recorded programs on the other TV’s.
@user_nd73c3 I appreciate you giving that a try and I'm sorry it didn't give us the result we were looking for. How much DVR storage do you have available? If you're running low on space, you can find options to upgrade your DVR storage space here.
