DVR

One TV lists fewer saved shows in the DVR than the other TV’s.

Thanks for meeting us here, @user_nd73c3, in our community. Sorry to hear about the trouble with the DVR recordings. Have you unplugged and restarted the main cable box? If not, we recommend you do that first with the main, and followed by all the smaller ones. Let us know if that fixes the recordings for you. We look forward to your reply.

@XfinityLinda​ I unplugged the main cable box. The result was that rather than getting back the lost programs on the one TV, I lost the recorded programs on the other TV’s.

@user_nd73c3 I appreciate you giving that a try and I'm sorry it didn't give us the result we were looking for. How much DVR storage do you have available? If you're running low on space, you can find options to upgrade your DVR storage space here

 

When you record content, do you select to have it saved for one year? Is the missing content in your Recently Deleted folder?
