Yes, you can edit or alter Xfinity recordings from the list by navigating to the "Saved" section on your Xfinity menu, selecting the recording you want to change, and then accessing "Record Options" where you can modify the start and stop times, or even cancel the recording entirely depending on whether it's a single episode or a series recording; you can choose to modify just that episode or the whole series depending on your needs. 

Great question, @user_c2ea4b! Press the Xfinity button on your remote and navigate to "Saved". Navigate to Scheduled and from here we can view the records. You can select the recording you want which will pull up additional options, and from here select Record Options and you can modify it from there.
