DVR will not record

Trying to record an event and it gives message "Channel subscription required"! [Edited: "Language"] I can go through my tablet and record, but DVR prevents me from doing it.

I've been in contact with support for over 2 days and nobody can figure out of fix what's happening! I'm still being charged the same for things I can't do anymore!
