Dvr usage no longer displayed as a percentage

I need to see the percentage left to store recorded programs.  I used to see that. Now, I just see the NUMBER of programs recorded.

@user_44cf88 Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Forms. Did you recently make changes to your equipment? This feature was removed from the could only option, so you would need an 1X box in order to see both the number of recordings and percentage used.

Hello,

I am experiencing the same issue.  Suddenly, my Percentage number is gone, only to be replaced with a Recordings number.  That latter number does not let me know how much more programming I can record and, as a result, is not user friendly.  In fact, it is the opposite of that.

Your answer, above, seems to be missing a phrase or, at least, a couple of words and, consequently, does not explain clearly what has happened and, more importantly, why such a change was made, one that seems to make no sense, at all, at least as far as serving your customers is concerned.

The percent of storage has not been removed. To confirm I have even checked my own DVR as I am a customer myself. To see your current storage %, press the xfinity button on your remote, then click Saved, then Recordings. You will see the % full at the top-right of the screen, listed above your recorded programs.

No.  Percent is no longer there in the top, right-hand corner of the screen if I press the xfinity button on my remote control and then Saved on the TV screen.  Instead, there is now - where Percent used to be - Recordings, as simply a numberIF it still show my recorded programs as a percent, instead of simply a number, I would not be looking for an answer as to why this change suddenly took place and - more importantly - how to revert it back to showing my recordings as a percentage of what I am able to record.

I had to have my dvr box replaced a few days ago and I no longer have the dvr percentage in the upper right either.  Please add the steps to a resolution to this string for others having issues.

having the same problem, it changed from % to “number of recordings” for no reason while i was in the middle of deleting some items just now, i did not instigate the change (would not know how) and certainly no equipment change - please list how to change it back, having number of recordings is meaningless as their sizes vary
