DVR storage

My store space has changed drastically for no reason. Why is it full after just a few saved items. I used to be able to save lots and lots of shows.

Does your account show that you pay for extended DVR Storage? Because I remember having to call for my husband to get it when the X1 Box used cloud storage as opposed to the mechanical drive present in his older box. Did your other recordings get deleted or? Some TV shows may have content limitations as to how long the content can be viewed or stored from what I heard but that was a long time ago.

Hello user_bc1u5. I can certainly can understand the frustration there, as I record quite a bit. Did you see @sailorbear510's response by chance? There are some good points there. Have you made any changes to your account. Sometimes customer have plans, where they were getting 150 hours of storage, and if they change to a different plan, if they do not opt to maintain the full functioning DVR storage, they may be on a plan with only 20 hours of storage. If you go on the Xfinity App, or our website it should show if you are getting the 150 hours, or the 20 hours.
