DVR starts 1 minute early and ends 1 minute early
For over a year now my DVR starts 1 minute early and ends 1 minute early. The smart resume also ends 1 minute early. I have updated so many of my recordings to add the extra 3 minutes but that ends up messing up other recordings. I see that Xfinity is still telling everyone to do that but that does not make sense and it does not fix the smart resume. There is something wrong with the time on the TV and the actual time that the programs start and someone really needs to take a look at what is going on here. There are just way too many posts on this subject. Please, PLEASE wont' someone look into this? (BTW I've had my system restarted and refreshed and it hasn't changed anything.)

Xfinity is working on it and have acknowledged the issue. It is impacting everyone.
Adjusting your recordings to end 3 minutes late or start 3 minutes early is the only solution at the moment.
