Dvr service is suddenly skippind and pixelated

When i replay a recordint it pauses skips frezzes and pixelates. Tried resetting with no luck. Other dvr doing the same thing.

I have had the same issue my live tv services were fine, but recordings were lagging & pixelating, what I did is hard reboot on my main cable box by unplugging the power cable from the back of the cable box for 30 seconds then plugging it back in, this will do a software & firmware update on the dvr. Can you give that a try & then let me know if that step cleared up the issues.
