DVR removed some series from my scheduled recordings

I just happened to look at my scheduled recordings for tonight and noticed that How To Get Away With Murder is no longer set to record tonight or in the future. I had it set to record all new episodes. If I go in and try to set the series to record it looks like it sets, but it is still not in the scheduled list. I go back in a second time to set the series to record and I see a small message that says "Can not record Internet Content". What does this mean? I am trying to record ABC. 

I looked at future scheduled recordings and it seems to be hit or miss. Many series are still listed to record but others are missing, such as FBI: Most Wanted and All Rise. 

I was able to set HTGAWM to record by just hitting record on the show in the guide, but that's only recording tonight. I don't want to have to remember each week to record through the guide.

 

Can anyone provide any help? Thanks.

How to Get Away With Murder didn't record tonight for me as well.  Not sure what happened .  Very irritating.  Would someone please help us with this?

How to get away with murder and Station 19 both did not record for me tonight. They aren’t available on xfinity on demand either. Anyone know what happened and how we can watch the episodes that should have recorded tonight?

I had this same problem with both HTGAWM and Station 19.  The scheduled recordings were there one day, then disappeared the next.  Fortunately I noticed in time and was able to manually record each one.  I have noticed it's happening to some of my other series recordings too.  Comcast, please help!!!

I am currently having the same problem you had last year. As of August 23, 2020, the second half of “Face the Nation” moved to CBS from The CW. However, when I set the DVR to record the second half of the show, the first half gets removed from “Scheduled recordings” 12 hours later. Today, I went to set the DVR to record the first half of FTN, the recording does not set even though it says “recording set”. Can you please give me a straight answer on why my DVR is not scheduling what I want to record?

Hello, @user_431725! Thank you for reaching out to us over our Community Forums.

 

I do apologize for the recording concerns you are having. Sometimes these types of issues can be really simple to correct. I would first try deleting all future recordings of the series in question, and then reschedule the series. That way the scheduler can get the most up to date guide information about the upcoming program. 

Also, you might try an account refresh just to make sure your DVR has the most up to date TV entitlements. The following link will take you to an article that will outline how to refresh your account.
