DVR RECORDINGS

I wish that XFINITY WOULD STOP PLAYING GAMES WITH THEIR DVR! Stop with up charging to record more shows, when you can’t even get the 20 hour recording right. I mean come on you system says your show is all set confirm you wish to record and nothing. Never had these problems with TIVO 20 YEARS AGO, you have regressed in my opinion by your own doing searching for an upcharge. So many different ways of problems with recordings weather I put a subject ( I.e. ) a team and say record all and it doesn’t record I go to your sports app by pressing the C BUTTON GO TO A TEAM PRESS THE RECORD GAME AND IT DOESNT. It says recordings are set go to watch the game and nothing scheduled nothing recorded and nothing scheduled at same time. Can’t tell you how many games I’ve missed with this garbage DVD. Xfinity maybe a little less trying to [ Edited, "Profanity"] your costumers for up charges and a little more consideration for your customer’s. COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!

Hi there @user_9ff476. This s certainly not the experience we want for our valued members. Is this only happening with Recording the games?
