DVR Recordings - Multiple TV's
I upgraded my two X1 boxes a few months ago to model#'s XG1 & Xi6 and the issue I am having is with DVR recordings. The XG1 box is the main box in my family room, connected via coaxial and has 295 recording on it. The Xi6 is in a bedroom, connected via wifi and has 35 recordings on it. I cannot see the 295 recordings from the XG1 box on my Xi6 box, it's like they cannot sync with each other.
I have spoken with multiple customer support agents, spent over 4 hours on the phone and the issue is not resolved. This is very frustrating...I'm hopeful someone here can help, thanks!

@user_6d410e in the recording section there's an option labeled "Recorded On:" check to see if the option is set to "All Devices" and check to make sure the filter option is set to "All"

Thanks for the reply RadTV! The option in the recordings section is set to "All devices."
The Xi6 box is only able to view "cloud recordings" and not local recordings stored on the 500gb hard drive of the XG1 box. I assume this because the recordings available for me to view on the Xfinity Stream app or a PC Browser match the ones I am able to see on the Xi6 box.
